South Korean naval conscript indicted for spreading North Korean propaganda

A South Korean navy sailor has been indicted for producing and distributing materials praising North Korean leaders and leaking classified military information to a Chinese contact. This indictment will follow a nine-month investigation by ROK navy prosecutors.
